Evening time jogging is good for weight loss??I completing my afternoon meal in 4 pm and I used to jogging at 6.45 pm is correct ??

Hi,it is mostly recomended to walk or jog during early morning, but any time is fine.avoid post evening.

Yes you may do workout in the evening, but afternoon meal must be taken earlier till 1.30 - 2.00 pm.
