To reduce weight with exercise, you need to follow a balanced diet. The main aim of exercise is to burn fat mass, not muscle mass, so to support muscle mass good quality protein should present in daily diet. Include more vegetables, fruits and complex carbohydrates in your diet, which will help to reduce weight and with that include Soyabean, dahi, paneer, sprouts which will help meet the needs of protein.
