Jogging and running
What diet should i follow before jogging I heard before 2hrs of jogging i should have fruits and before 1 hrs of jogging i should have energy drinks. Is this the right way before any workout

Hello there you see running and jogging are way of aerobic exercise so it woukd be better to jogg on empty stomach if you're planning to loose weight. If nit then you can have fruuts before your session of jogg or run. Either of them wil give you stamina. Any how you have taken a good decision to stay fit. You should be determined to stay fit if you're planning to. Thank you
