Hi Doctor,
My weight is 75kg and height 5.4
I'm quite overweight for my height.
My life style it very lazy with no physical activities.
Due to weight gain I decided to loose some by low calorie intake and walking(Trying to complete 10000steps for the days)
Problem is when I do crunch or walking/jogging.
My muscles tend to get sore. Which becomes very painful and unwillingly I m forced to rest next day to couple of days.
Also when I walk I start breathing hard.
I understand that starting all this suddenly will make my body sore as my body is not used to it.
I wish to know that how can I encounter this issue.
Can I take painkillers like zerodol or dolo ?
Is there any other method to finish this problem.
How do I plan my routine?
All this pain kinda demotivates me.
I atleast Wana reduce 10kgs

You should correct your food intake. Just by taking lesser calories may not help. You need to look at quality of calories also. Processed and packed food like bakery, confectionery and fried stuff must be totally avoided including milk products. Your 50% food should be natural like fruit, salad, steamed veggies, sprouts, nuts and seeds. Remaining cooked food with low refined oil, white sugar and table salt. Hi,
Sore muscles post exercise or activity is pretty much comman. The extent of soreness would depend on your health and activity involved.
It's a great thing that you have taken your health seriously but avoid randomly cutting down on calories. Instead correct your eating that would help more.
Also whenever you start a new activity, give your body to acclimatize to the change. Don't pop in painkillers or meds. Go slow with the intensity.
