Jogging before excercise?
I do excersise and jog every morning . Which is better to do first? Jogging or excersise? And what supplements are best for after excersise?

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Johging would be better before all the exercise. By exercise i hope you mean weight training. As a rule, cardio should always be done before weight training. I do not recommend any supplements to any one. But just have a high protein diet with lots of fruits, vegetables and greens.
