Some of the food are looking very healthy or are sounds very healthy like brown bread but actually some times they are just the opposit . You can take a specified diet plan to get the best suited food regimes for yourself. After walk you shuld have mineral & protein rich food for quick recovery of muscle damage or tear which is commonest in our daily exercise. All the best.
