Hard stool In evening
I have chronic constipation. Though i hv lots of fruits and vegetables, my morning stool is soft but evening stool is v hard . What can I eat for lunch apart from the usual dal & vegetable that I have so that my evening stool is also soft . Thank u

Gud evening add on good sources of fiber like fruits green vegs n leafy vegetables into your routine diet as well as millets like oats,daliya tender coconut water,curd etc into your daily diet.If u need detail consultation then pls connect directly through practo.
