May be less oxygen and dehydration....but in same cases may be migraine or sinus issues..so.if its start daily in evening or any cold climate..plz consult with doctor. If sinus or migraine diagnosed than start treatment. Or not than plz go through with dietician conditions wirh proper clinical history.
