Excercises
I have literally no motivation for excercises and even if i do i lose it gradually. I want to shape up my body or just stay fit and lose belly fat but i'm unable to. I want to do yoga as well but again no motivation. I'm confused between yoga and excercises. How to start and gradually get into excercises and stay motivated? I can control my food habit n diet but excercises are something i'm not able to pick up on for long.

Any physical activity is graded as Exercise, but the intensity at which you do varies with different bodily needs such as muscle building requires high intensity activity, fat burning also requires the same depending on the extent of fat loss So even if you engage in activity like climbing steps instead of Elevator, parking your vehicle nearby & walk a few stepsto a supermarket or walking in a mall or a supermarket  all accounts for Exercise The Diet influences to a large extent the moods,the functions of hormones  specially those that  regulates the body 's metabolism that has an impact on one's physical activity as well.
