Energyless specially before period.

Energy level is low from 3-4 months before period specially. I am unmarried. In july I was suffering from fever since then energy is too low. My pulse rate was low during recovery then I just have electrolytes. I am having few calcium and vitamin tablets plus limcee for vit c. I use to exercise before fever . Now I am unable to do it due to low energy. I use to have pain in my breast also before periods . I am neither slim nor fat. But I am little fat from tummy and hip portion. Thighs legs and everything is sorted. My meal has vegetables pulses and non veg too. I ate 2-3 chappatis and a bowl of rice (starch removed) each day.

Related to kidney stones

I have 4.5mm stone in my left kidney and small concretions in right one . I have started taking homeopathic medicine . After proper examine, My doctor advised me not to eat tomatoes, rice, brinjal, okra and spinach till treatment. He said i can have nuts like almonds and walnuts but in moderation. I am drinking a lot of water,eating proper vegetables and fruits. But my question is that i can't have chapatis / rotis all the time, so what is the best substitute of rice? Sometimes i crave for pasta(wholewheat) but i can't have it because i can't use tomato sauce or tomatoes in it , (white sauce pastas include white flour so i don't like it)and what can be the substitute of tomatoes in pastas , lentils or curries? Ps- i am not suffering from any other health issue.

I am lossing weight but i havw few doubt

Hi, I am 32 year old female I have hypothyroid since my childhood started thyroid medicine when I was 14 years. I was always a chubby girl from my childhood, I used to do walking in my school days and in college days after I started working I was unable to do any no activity was there till March 2020, I was 67 kg in FEb 2020 and was looking very fat so I decided to lose my weight and I started my workout in March 2020 I do walking,jogging , squats,jumpingJacks,plank,running crunches and high keens for 1 hour and I st arted loosing weight in July my weight was 60 kg I lost 7 kgs , I don't have any diet I am an average Eater and non vegetarian but I don't eat non veg much, I don't eat mutton I eat chicken but very moderate like 2 pieces that too monthly once or twice and I love fish. But after that my weight is not getting reduced and I have to push myself to do workout. I some time couldn't workout for 3 to 4 days will this increase my weight? tHow do I keep my constant weight? Advice
