Hello doctors .. I am 21 years old female. I have been diagnosed with pcos in june 2019. I will given the tablet like Metformin with lead to the increase in hairfall. I get my periods every month but not in 28 or 33 days. I have chin hair and hair on stomach with hair loss from head .. I took the tablet for only 2 months and than stopped taking it. Due to rapid weight gain.. I was told to take hormonal test and thyroid test almost every 6 months. Thyroid was normal till December last year . I took another thyroid test in march in which t3 and T4 was normal but TSH was increase to 6.59 with reference 0.3 -5.5. I once again repeated the test of thyroid and the TSH was 4.12 in same reference range .. I am.not sure how it happened but now as I have gained weight around 10 kgs in last one year. I would like to know how can I lose weight naturally with exercises and diet without any medication. Please help as I am too much confused. I have tried already for 3 years but it never worked.please
