Intermittent fasting is not advisable at all. Not only from a nutrition point of view but also because it is not feasible in the long run. It may result in malnutrition and other nutritional deficiencies which may lead to less glow in your skin, hair fall, osteoporosis, Anaemia etc. Also when you switch back to your normal diet after intermittent fasting, the amount of weight and fat which you lose, bounces back which is later on very tough to shed.It is possible to shed weight without intermittent fasting and green vegetables. Fancy ,fad diet are not to be followed for long period of time. With such medical issues it is best to avoid such diet.
Diet changes should be such that you should follow it on daily basis with out any problems in following it. Effect of any kind of changes in your health depends on the diet you are taking, excercise that you do, how is your sleep and stress management if you do on daily basis.
