Does intermediate fasting really work. How much time required to show visible effect. I m highly obese 104 kg with big tummy , green vegetables not allowed to me as I m on blood thinner so no vitamin k. How I do intermediate fasting to loose weight without hampering my health

Intermittent fasting is not advisable at all. Not only from a nutrition point of view but also because it is not feasible in the long run. It may result in malnutrition and other nutritional deficiencies which may lead to less glow in your skin, hair fall, osteoporosis, Anaemia etc.  Also when you switch back to your normal diet after intermittent fasting, the amount of weight and fat which you lose, bounces back which is later on very tough to shed.It is possible to shed weight without intermittent fasting and green vegetables. You need to have a personalised diet plan as per your health requirements.

Intermittent fasting is not a very healthy and balanced way of losing fat as it is not a complete balance diet .if one follow intermittent fasting for a long time it may result in nutritional deficiencies better to follow high fiber low fat followed by detox diet.Drink plenty of water every day.take small and frequent meals at regular intervals.avoid outside food completely.Please ask me directly for personalized weight loss diet plan for you.

I would request you to refrain from fad diets like IF.  It definitely causes a lot of harm. You need to also do some sort of exercise and brisk walking and follow a low calorie diet Please consult directly for customised and time based chart Thank you

Gud evening if u can able to  do 30mins of light exercise at first with making certain changes in your dietary habits u will surely loose extra weight. Pls don't follow intermittent fasting.
