Intermittent fasting depends on every individual differently. No one window suits all and also depends on if one should do it with any medical history.
You can consult a professional and do it under the guidance .

Intermittent fasting can be helpful for weight loss. But, it is not necessary that if it works for others, then it will also work for you. It can lead to low energy levels, hunger pangs, and even acidity issues. In the long run , it can also lead to nutrient deficiency if the meals are not properly planned.
So better is to opt for a plan required by you. Get your analyses done and go accordingly
No its a fad diet
There is no suriety that whatever weight you loss will not bounce back
And you don't get deficiency
If you are adding any supplement also use there dosage according to there requirements
No it's not recommended in the long run, once the targets are achieved, it should be stopped & come back to the 5-6 meal plan. Three main (B'fast lunch n dinner) & 3 short meals in between the main meals.
