I do intermittent fasting for 14-15 hours and eat food in 10 hours window.
My hs-crp i(inflammation) is high and LDL , trigliceride is high.
Is intermittent fasting good to reduce i flammation , reduce weight, chlostrol
Or should i eat in small portions?

Look frankly speaking what you are doing isn’t an intermittent fasting at all as I.F needs a eating window if 8 hours and fasting of 16 hours if u reduce or increase the time window it is of no help trust me.
Also it’s very personalised when it comes to high hs-corp, triglycerides & LDL bcoz your eating pattern cannot define how you can lower ur lipid profile but actually the content of your meals decide the same
