I do brisk walk for 30 mins. And yoga for 20 mins in morning . And in evening I do 15 mins cycling. Is these exercise enough for weight loss. plz help me with it

The exercises you are doing are good, but only exercise will not help in losing weight you also need to make healthy changes in the diet. It is important to understand that weight loss is a process and it needs to be done the right way to ensure it is sustainable and long-lasting. 1. Never skip meals & have balanced meals
2. Ensure two fruits throughout the day

6. Drink 2-3 liters of water daily
