How to lose arms weight and tummy . Daily I walk 15 to 20 min in morning and evening but still I don't lose any weight

Just walking don't reduce weight it is combination of diet and exercise. You need to reduce 15 KGS atleast consult deitician with your routine or write me on personal chat for counseling

Hi - u v to be highly dynamic in whole day lifestyles, need to plan balanced low calorie diet. u need some more free hands exercises, yoga/ poses which u can ask me by personal chat. keep patience u ll be okay.

Hi. You should do atleast 30 mins of brisk walk at a time to hit your fat burning zone. Eat low calorie foods. Drink green tea daily, have 3 fruits. Have a light dinner. For a personal plan you can ping me for an appointment
