Recently i checked my vitamin B12, vitamin D.vitamin B12 is 278, vitamin d is 33.2. my age is 37.weight is 93. Height is 5.6.I want to reduce my weight. I don't have any other health issues.please suggest me for reducing my weight naturally.

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. I can see you are nutritionally deficient. B12 is normal but not optimal. I need to see other parameters as well with a detailed history, medical concerns, eating pattern, work profile and a lot of things.
