Brisk walk
Can daily brisk walk in morning help me gain height? My age is 17.5 years, weight 62 kg and height is 66 inches that is 5'6". If yes then how much growth can I expect?

For height growth have stretching exercises. Brisk walk won't help for height. Your weight is 2 KGS more.have banana for height growth

Hello There. i can understand your concern, but as per your height, your weight is perfect. i calculated your Body Mass Index and its comes around 22 which is normal. if you gain more weight, your BMI will go above 25 which will fall in the category of overweight. Regarding brisk walking, i would say brisk walking will help you staying fit rather than weight gain/loss. since you are still 17, you will gain some amount of weight in the future anyways, so i don't think you should make any efforts to gain weight. have a healthy, high protein diet with lots of fruits and vegetables and you will stay healthy. i hope i have answered your question.
