Start your morning with 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon.
Avoid carbs.,and have high proteins foods(soya,dals,egg whites etc).
Have small frequent meals.
Exercise for 1/2 hour in a day,then increase your time gradually.
Gud evening pls kindly try to have a healthy balanced diet with walking or yoga or aerobic work out etc for 30 to 45mins minimum along with tht proper sleep in night, stress reduction n adequate water intake is also essential.
