The cow milk is better than the buffalo milk as The fat content in cow milk is less than the buffalo milk and it will help you in maintaining your weight also.
But do take care from where you buying the milk..it should not be adulterated and it is be from the authentic source.

It depends on your current weight. If you are overweight or obese, it would be better to go for fat free milk. Even if you are of the right weight and want to maintain it, it would take a lot more than just having the right type of milk in your diet.
