Hi You haven’t mention your details. Consult directly for better results- so we guide you a better way. Quitting sugar is gud as it only gives simple carbohydrates but it is also important to include all the nutrient in a required quantity.

However, you also need to be sure that you are not compromising other aspects of your health like immunity etc. Apart from being of ideal weight, you also need to eat well and have a good lifestyle to be healthy.
