Patient age 90. Medical history stroke, high bp, sugar, chronic venous sufficiency, neumonia. Currently in ICU due to stroke on food pipe. Sodium is low. Sodium bottle through drip are given to patient. Swelling seen in body, fluctuating heart beat.
