Suffering in high BP
Since 7 year i was Suffering in high BP. I am getting to bored to take medicine every day. Its not coming under 150/90. Suggest me some ayurvedic  remedies which are valuable for me.

Hello practo User See, You are over-weight and because of Obesity you are hypertensive. So, once you lose weight , your bp will automatically reduce. Hi. You need to follow correct diet with some yoga. Yoga can help u in releasing stress which is major cause of hypertension. You need to follow a dash diet. I can advice you what exactly comes in dash diet. * Salt intake should be limited. Avoid excess salt * Eradicate table salt. * Vegetables such as potato and spinach should be leached out well before consuming. * Avoid green leafy vegetables at night. * Avoid canned foods such as ready to eat etc. Try reducing some weight also as you are overweight too. You are 12kgs overweight. First you reduce your weight. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's. Drink water 16glasses daily Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises Don't take tensions.
