However in general in order to reduce your blood pressure, you need to intake very less salt. Also avoid foods that are high in cholesterol, avoid alcohol and smoking.
Your blood pressure should get back to normal unless it’s being caused by disease.
But just in case you should speak to your GP to get your health check if that’s your blood pressure regularly.
