Becoming skinny means there is loss of muscle mass.You may be taking nonveg but that doesnot mean your gut is absorbing the same.Get yourself assessed for the same.

You have not mentioned your height, weight, your activity levels, whether you have any health related issues.
You might be skinny or rather losing weight due to anemia, could have thyroid imbalance or some other issues.

In general a few suggestions I could give
On empty stomach have a glass of water. Avoid coffeee or tea instead have a simple protein shake ( could be with natural ingredients can suggest that in detail if you connect with me through Practo).
Have 5 small meals a day instead of 3.
Drink plenty of water 2 to 2.5l a day
Add 5 to 7 eggs a week.
Eat a fruit after breakfast and dinner.
Drink 3/4 glass of milk with 1/2 tsp organic turmeric.
