hello dear, thanks for sharing your concerns. weight gain is a difficult process especially when your metabolism is very fast, or this could be due to multiple reasons like not having proper protein in your diet, eating less than your bmr/tee, or just eating the wrong combination os food throughout a day. for weight gain you need to inculcate proper ratio of protein, carbs and fats for lean gaining mostly in the form of muscles and not fat, which ultimately you are not having. need not to worry, im here for you, please share your contact details on my facebook page named DIETITIAN SHREYA or visit my website www.dietitianshreya.com
