You could gain weight slowly and steadily
Make sure you eat atleast 5 meals a day
Breakfast followed by a protein snack
11 am nuts or biscuits
Lunch make sure you consume a good quantity of carbohydrates
100 gms of cereal, potato which could provide extra calories.
4 pm a snack
7pm dinner which is milk based along with some form of cereal ( if u are vegetarian)
Or fish/ chicken with cereal if you are non-veg
A glass of milk at bedtime
