Firstly to loose weight a personalized approach is very important. I would suggest you to consult a Dietitian for the same. Now coming to loosing 5kgs in one month it is possible if you have a lot of water weight in your body, a healthy weight loss is 3-4 kgs in one month but it also depends on how much your weight and height is and also if you have any underlying medical conditions. Intermittent for 16 hours is a great approach but the meals that you are taking in your eating window must be protein rich and balanced. So we need to monitor everything to come to any conclusions as weight loss is not at all generic and is personalized for everybody. Thanks

Hi Losing 10kgs in 2 months is not easy. So set a healthy goal of around 3kg a month. Intermittent fasting helps with weight loss, but it might not suit everyone. Try for a few weeks and see if it helps you. Eating only 2 jowar rotis is no way enough. Please don’t spoil your health like this. Have balanced meals, like roti, sabji, dal and curd.

Hi, it's not healthy. First of all calorie deficit is not the formula for weight loss. One should choose diet as per the exact requirement. Likewise you might have seen people who eats a lot but still tend to be very slim and skinny, on the contrary there are people who eat less but tend to put on weight, it's because of ones constitution ( vata/pit/kapha). If you choose diet as per the constitution you can reduce easily.
