Diet chart for sugar patients
Age - 44yrs weight = 70kg height = 5'6 ft Diabetic (sugar ) patients from last 6 yr . Current diabetic status- {before meal = 220; after meal = 333} I was facing weight losses from last few months . Plzzz suggest diet plan and any stuff to maintain the weight

Diabetes can not be cured it can be prevented by following rules follow healthy lifestyle ,healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening . Add home remedies for diabetes . Follow rules with diet u will get good result definitely. Diabetes can be maintained by healthy diet

your weight loss is because, once the sugar levels go above 200mg/dl, the source of energy changes form glucose to fats, and once fats starts burning, ketones are formed, get the sugar control on first priority, see a physician, then consult a nutritionist, so you do not have to face high sugar levels again.

use more fibrous fruits and vegetables. Salad intake is must.limited intake of milk and milk products is necessary. use more sprouts in your diet. No sugar intake . minimize your carbohydrate intake. moderate fat and protein intake is must. take 1 glass of water before 1/2 an hour of every meal. early to bed and early to rise should be habitual. thank you
