For reducing belly fat u hv to follow three main things like healthy diet and aerobic exercise. Start ur day with exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fluids whole day. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet.

Hello. Its important to walk at a stretch for at least 45 minutes, also the speed at which you walk in important, the faster you walk the better it is. Along with exercise and water diet also plays a very important role. You must avoid the use of simple sugars and reduce the intake of visible fats in the diet, that comes from oil, butter, ghee etc. Decrease the intake of processed foods in the diet. Increase the intake of 1st class proteins that comes from low fat animal products, increase the intake of fiber that comes from whole grains, raw vegetables and fruits, etc.
