You must avoid the use of simple sugars and reduce the intake of visible fats in the diet, that comes from oil, butter, ghee etc. Decrease the intake of processed foods in the diet. Increase the intake of 1st class proteins that comes from low fat animal products, increase the intake of fiber that comes from whole grains, raw vegetables and fruits, etc.
