I lost my appetite, I don't feel the hunger an d because of low appetite I'm loosing my weight much frequently. I'm 39.5 kg, I feel tired. Need to gain muscular and bone weight. Could you please suggest me some multivitamin or weight gain medication.

As your appetite is poor improving your overall intake of food and regular physical activity mainly weight bearing exercises will help you in putting on weight. Also, it is important to analyse the cause of poor appetite. A personalized diet session is highly recommended for you as it takes into account your lifestyle, routine, eating habits, stress, sleep, height, weight, etc. This helps in identifying the gap areas and correcting them accordingly. As a start following guidelines can be helpful- 1. Never skip meals & eat balanced meals 2. Incorporate protein rich foods such as Dals, pulses, sprouts, dairy, non-veg in every meal 3. Healthy fats from nuts and seeds to be a part of your diet 4. Exercise Atleast 5 days a week mainly weight bearing exercises will help you in putting on weight 5. A fruit before exercise preferably a banana is important 6. Post exercise eat protein rich snack 7.
