Lose Of Appetite
I am 22 years and I do not feel like eating anything if I do not eat for the whole day I don't feel hungry and whenever I have food 1 roti and some rice is more than enough for me so is there any medication or something by which I can increase my diet and feel hungry.

Start exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Stay hydrated . Add more calories with nutrition only . No junk n night sugar food . No need for any medicine. Consult personally for proper guidance and results.

Start ur day with exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur metabolism. In breakfast take high protein  diet. Each 2hrs take something. Add nuts in ur diet. All food groups are necessary so add All food in ur diet.
