I have been gaining weight fast after delivery my delivery has done on 14 April 2020 I'm a breast feeding mom Also having fungal infection from last 3 years I can't able to join gyms. Bcoz of the new one Help me out Dr. Thanks

1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4. Smaller meals in small quantity 5. Early dinner before 6 pm. 6. Eat less and exercise more Ask me directly for customized diet for you!!! I can understand your concern but as you are breastfeeding you need to take the appropriate calories and proteins so it doesn't harm your milk product and quality of milk too. Consult me on Practo online consultation.

You can start with mild walk during the day. Take protein rich breakfast likewise you can add milk and another dairy products Take one seasonal fruit after some time of breakfast Add salad and seasonal vegetable in lunch with chapati or rice Add more of liquids and juices in your diet Don’t forget to consume healthy balance meal being a lactation mother. Plenty of water will help you in terms of detoxification Early dinner will also help you.
