Low blood cell counts
I've had a diet problem for the past few months and am currently in a poor state of health with diminished immunity. I am dealing with extreme muscle loss in the whole body, very low BMR, high body fat percentage (25%) with a BMI of 21, inability to do sustained activity, back-to-back infections and lethargy. My blood cell counts are way below normal range and am on a course of antibiotics for fungal infection, UTI and an abscess. How am I to regain the lost muscle mass and strengthen immunity?
