Hello, You can reduce 3-4 kgs a month, so for your target to reach it might take 4 - 5 months if at all you are normal without any medical condition. If you have any medical problem it might take a little longer. By taking low fat diet you can reach the goal. So for suggesting you with any diet we need to know your vitals, the physical activity pattern if any, your day to day activities. For a personalised diet plan you can contact me directly on practo.

Hi, 15 kgs is a big number when it comes to weight loss, so you would have to keep patience and not fall into fad diets that promise quick weight loss but as soon as you go back to your normal eating pattern you would gain all of it back and more. On an average it takes 3-4 months time atleast but variables are always there.
Next Steps
Please reach out to me via Practo chat or you could DM me on Instagram at Ashmeeta Bhatia or HealthKindle where I would be able to make a customised diet plan for you at a affordable price.
