Need to gain weight for permanent, I'm also going to gym and eating diet but if i skip gym for while then my body started again weight loss.

Permanent weight gain is the process in which you have to go step by step, not instantly. You need to add good proteins and a proper balance of carbohydrates to keep your body boosted. Don't stop Exercise ,it's not necessary it has to be in gym but it can be done at home to pump your muscles and achieve weight gain. Consult me on Practo online consultation
