Hi i am Shivam Chopra and i am a 16 year old boy so due to this pandemic my outdoor activities and sports all have got a pause due to which i am having an increase in weight and body fat since i want to be fit again i thought of trying a keto diet for a month or so. Is it advisable or not? If not then what should i do? And if yes then please guide me through by helping jotting out a diet plan. It would be really helpful thank you so much.

High BP and cholesterol problems,age 17
I am just 17 year old and worry too much get afraid easily at small things and stress too much. That is why my BP is also rising since 2017 and also my LDL cholesterol is 90,which is normal but still high,HDL cholesterol is below normal range,ie,41.80.My BP is also 150/110 everytime.I havent been diagnosed with any heart or kideny problems so i blame my stress and lifestyle for this.Please help me.Suggest me what to eat to reduce bad cholesterol and increase good cholesterol.What should i intake for high BP.Thank You doctors.
