There's no particular bedtime drink as such for weight loss as ..However you can try taking lukewarm lemon water on empty stomach upon rising followed by a 45 mins brisk walking...or you can also take green tea on empty stomach after waking or 30 mins before to lunch..both ways is fine..
on empty stomach green tea is even more effective for shedding excess calories...for losing overweight..
