4 months back my weight was 85. I was into drinking and smoking.. Based on doc advice and feedback, I quit smoking and drinking. Did regular walking for 4 months and now my weight has reduced to 76..there has been 9 kilos reduction in my weight in a span of 4 months.. Is it normal? My height is 6 feet 1 inch.. Do I need to be worried about weight loss. I have done sugar and tft test and the reports are normal.. Kindly throw some light on this..
