Hello good evening,
Yes you can successfully lose weight in a hostel also. You just try to eat limited oily foods, before and after meal time just walk about 30 Minutes regularly. Do some yoga if possible. If there are any options of salad 🥗 try to take salad before a main meal like lunch and Dinner.
Do not take any stress. take proper 4time balanced meal with plenty of water about 3-4 ltrs a day.

Hi
For effective weight loss, focus on portion control and mindful eating. Use smaller plates and bowls, eat in moderation and pre-portion snacks to avoid overeating. Serve food on plates rather than eating from large packages, and be mindful of oversized restaurant portions by sharing or opting for half servings. Fill half your plate with vegetables to stay full on fewer calories. exercise daily.
