Usage of Lactitol monohydrate
I suffer from IBS. I am already having good fibre diet and drink 2 litres of water.
I am using lactitol monohydrate 10ml.
But still i am constipated. Am i overdosing fibre? Should i reduce the lactitol to 5ml?
