Hi I have been trying to loose weight from past one year.i follow a diet regime and workout regularly.i have increased my workout level.the past three months I have been following a strict diet and more workout...I am not seeing any results with the diet and excercise...so I started to look at weight loss programs and started to visit them. With the treatment I do see a difference for just a day and the weight bounces back to the same level. I took a thyroid profile test and the results came normal.
