Best time to check body composition?
I have recently purchased Realme smart scale which has BIA sensor and measures 16 different types of health measurements. The 16 Health Measurements which the Smart Scale can measure are: ▶ Weight ▶ Heart Rate ▶ BMI [Body Mass Index] ▶ Fat Rate ▶ Protein ▶ Body Shape ▶ Muscle Mass ▶ Body Age ▶ Basal Metabolism ▶ Lean Body Weight ▶ Moisture Rate ▶ Muscle Rate ▶ Visceral Fat Level ▶ Skeletal Muscle ▶ Bone Mass ▶ Fat Mass My question is when is the best time to use this scale for accurate results is it in early morning, before bed, before after meal...?
