I feel little burning in my upper area of stomach whenever I feel hungry. It goes away after eating food. Is it normal or sign of any issue in GIT?

Don’t keep long gap between meals . After getting up in the morning don’t remain empty stomach for long . Eat small portions at a time but eat frequent meals . Don’t take anything that will increase your acid reflux in the body . You can call me for a personalised consultation where I can guide you with your daily diet .
Health Tips
Take cold milk 1/2 cup empty stomach in the morning . Drink enough water through the day .
