Loss of appetite
I have been facing this issue for a long time now. I have a very low appetite. To begin with, I'm a picky eater, but I crave for my favorite food every now and then. But when I finally get to eat it, I can just manage to eat a little bit, later which I begin to feel nauseous. Also, I don't feel like eating at all when I'm busy or stressed, etc. This causes a lot of hindrance to my stamina and fitness regime. The people around me are just like 'you need to eat'. Well, I would like to eat a lot, eat healthy and get fit too, who wouldn't? But the problem is, I'm unable to!

Hi! Low appetite can have various causes like dehydration, vitamin deficiencies, lack of proper digestion, hormonal imbalance, stress/tension or could even be genetic. The best way to improve your appetite is to eat small, frequent meals and simple snacks like nuts, fruits throughout the day. Eat small quantities so that you don’t get nausea. It’s important that you are healthy and eat “quality” food, rather than how much you eat.
