You need to hydrate yourself and try to eat small meals. At the same time , encourage yourself for meditation and free hand exercises. whenever you eat, make sure the environment is peaceful. this encourages mindful eating .

Hello! Eating less at a time and feeling hungry again is not a problem at all. All you need to do is that if you mention your height and weight then the case would have been bit more clearer with respect to your BMR. Till the time your BMR is normal you have nothing to worry about. Anyhow eating less and more frequently is normal. There is nothing to worry about. Its always a vise versa. Either you eat more at a time and less frequently or eat less a time more frequently. In both the cases the later is always preferable to maintain a healthy body weight and metabolism. So cheer up! :)
