Even after eating, still hungry
Even after having a proper meal, i still feel hungry, just with in an hour or so, i feel like eating and sometimes i am though full stomach,i still want to eat. Ii don't understand y am i always hungry.

try to have such foods which are high in calories, and protein like kheer, porridge, sprouts with jaggeries, roasted channa, chenna, saute paneer in between the meals, try to have the meals in 3 hrs of gap not more than that, try to have the food timely not when you are hungry

Hi user!! I need to know ur bmi. That is height and weight. If you feel hungry even after eating ur meal it means either your metabolism is high or u are not having enough food to satiate your hunger. In either case try to have lots of pulses, chicken, egg, Paneer and whole grains. Have plenty of water before  meal and salad and green leafy veggies. Which wl keep u satiated. Gud  evening try to have 5-6 small meals on each 3 hrs of gaps that too home made foods,for snacking in between try to choose healthy options like nuts and roasted seeds,roasted makhana, dry fruits,fruits, clear soups,sprouts salads etc.rather than munching on unhealthy snacks like rolls, chowmeins,momos3,chips, potato wafers etc.
