Not eating energy
I don't get feeling to eat. When I am hungry then I eat other wise I will not. why this happening? I get too much sleep - is it bad for my health? please advice.

Healthy afternoon, If you notice that you don’t feel hungry for several days at a time or more, you lack an appetite may be due to stress, anxiety, depression, sickness, gastrointestinal problems and certain medication. But eating still important that because you get essential calories, vitamin and minerals from foods you eat and beverages you drink. And these offers key energy and nutrients that your body needs every day. Eat nutritious foods like yogurt, cheese, muffins with toppings like avocado, cottage cheese, nuts butter. Drink milk such as plain and flavoured milk or smoothie. Sip water throughout the day. Take 7-8 hours of beauty sleep daily.
