Eventhough I eat enough i still feel hungry, this sometimes disturbs my sleep,
I eat 3 times a day, bf, lunch n dinner, still feel hungry at evening n midnight........Plz help!

Just remember gherlin n leptin harmone gives hunger pangs and satiety. So if you take good fat like piece of coconut or handful of nuts,lower ur hunger harmone. Try this.
