Feeling hungry even after eating
I feel hungry, after eating. Just like empty feeling in stomach. Should i concern about this. Is there any solution to overcome this.

1. After eating certain  foods  we feel hungry after some time. 2. Meals that are not complete may feel you hungry even after eating. 3. In certain health conditions , frequency of eating may  increase.

Hi You feel hungry post meals because you have a big appetite. There is nothing to worry. Fill your plate with zero calorie food like lettuce, tomato , watermelon salad and watermelon. Try to chew food properly and takes about 15 minutes to finish your meals .
